Recognizing that traditional IWMS and CAD-based solutions were severely lacking in functionality and ease of use, founders Shamim Sahba and Ashkon Sabet launched OfficeSpace with the goal of creating the most powerful-yet-intuitive workplace management platform in the world.
We continued to adapt alongside businesses as work as we knew it evolved, all while providing world-class support to our customers. When the pandemic hit, we reacted quickly to provide tools that helped businesses manage a safe return-to-work without sacrificing productivity and efficiency.

Erin is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and brings over 25 years of experience in leading global brands and building high growth technology companies to OfficeSpace. With a passion for client success and product innovation, Erin joined the team to help organizations rapidly test, learn, and adapt to the demands of hybrid workplace with our technology. Erin is a multi-year winner of the National Diversity Council’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology award, and has driver global strategy and growth at P&G, PepsiCo, Kearney, and Bazaarvoice. She previously served as CEO of Bonterra, a top social good software platform, CEO of Social Solutions, a leading cloud software platform for nonprofit and public sector social service organizations, and CEO of Calytera. Erin also served as the global Chief Marketing Officer for Dell, where she led its $13.5 billion eCommerce , corporate social responsibility, and global marketing divisions.

Yoni holds a BA of Business Administration in Marketing and Economics from the University of Wisconsin, and an MBA in Finance and Executive Management from the University of Minnesota.

Prior to joining the team, Heather served in transformational marketing leadership roles at cloud SaaS platforms FORM and GoSpotCheck as CMO, and as head of regional marketing for a $1 billion business unit of Whole Foods Market-Amazon.

Prior to OfficeSpace, Jessica established global growth scaling and transformation practices for SBI Growth Consulting, WeWork, and L.E.K. Consulting. As an expert strategist, operator, and culture catalyst, Jessica is responsible for designing and leading high-impact growth initiatives and driving operational excellence across functions. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University, with minors in Business Administration and Spanish.
